Features
The penny loafer is the moccasin with a leather strap stitched across the vamp and a small half-moon cut at its center. Here it comes in forest green suede, a deep green that shifts tone with the light: darker where the nap folds, brighter where the hand smooths it. The visible stitching, in a lighter green thread, traces the outline of the vamp and the strap. The black rubber sole has an irregularly grained surface, soft and quiet underfoot.
Why choose it It slips on in one motion, with no laces or buckles. The leather lining welcomes the foot with a dry-to-the-touch surface. The insole is removable, so it can be replaced with a custom orthotic without losing the fit. The water-repellent treatment protects the suede from light rain and splashes, its weak point. Forest green pairs well with light or dark jeans, sand or camel-colored trousers, and cream or grey knitwear.
Features. Women's loafer, forest green color. Water-repellent suede upper. Strap with half-moon cut. Contrasting visible stitching. Leather lining. Removable insole. Rubber sole with irregularly grained surface. Made in Italy.
