Product details

The iconic Luna Bag Small by Borbonese is a "hobo" made of jet op nylon with leather details and a nylon logo tape all around. The adjustable shoulder strap is made of nylon logo tape with a self-locking buckle. The main closure and the external pocket closure are secured by a zipper with a pull shaped like a stylized screw, the brand's symbol. The interior, lined with jacquard fabric, has three pockets, one of which has a zipper. The hardware is in light gold plating.

All orders are delivered by courier directly to your home or to pickup points.
Standard deliveries take place from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
The courier may require the recipient's signature "upon receipt" at the time of delivery.
All shipments to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of each item.

SANGIORGIO is not responsible for delays due to force majeure.

Shipping costs (if any) are the customer's responsibility and are charged at the time of purchase. Any additional customs duties will be indicated during checkout and charged at payment.

Shipping status

The Customer can track the shipment status directly from their personal page or on the courier's website by entering their shipment number. The product shipment will be accompanied by a confirmation email containing all the necessary references to track the shipment.

Package receipt

To ensure the security of the shipment, the shipper may request the recipient's signature "upon receipt" at the time of delivery. If, at the time of delivery, the external appearance of the package shows imperfections, the Customer must open the package in the presence of the carrier.

We recommend checking the goods upon delivery and verifying that the quantity of products delivered matches the order, that the packaging is intact, undamaged, or otherwise unaltered. Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the courier's delivery slip. Pursuant to art. 63 of the Consumer Code, any damage to the packaging/box of the products must be immediately contested by adding a written control reservation on the proof of delivery. It is understood that once the delivery document is signed without any dispute, any objection regarding the external characteristics of the delivered items will be excluded. Any delivery issues must be promptly reported to our Customer Service and in any case within 14 calendar days from the order confirmation.

Sangiorgio offers secure integrated payments through Shopify Payments, which manages transactions according to the highest security criteria, compliant with PCI DSS Level 1 standards, ensuring the protection of sensitive data.

The main payment methods available are:

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.).

Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).

PayPal.

KLARNA - installment payments.

Bank transfer and other local methods that you can view during checkout.

Cash on delivery is available only in Italy.

Gift cards or promotional codes can be used at checkout to cover all or part of the cost of selected products. Where applicable, a voucher can be used only partially. The remaining balance can be used for a subsequent purchase.

After receiving an item, you have 30 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

For returns from Italy, you can request a prepaid return label from SANGIORGIO for €6. For Europe, the cost of the prepaid return label is €10. If the return label provided by SANGIORGIO is used, this cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Free Exchange

It is possible to exchange the purchased and unused product within 10 days from the delivery date. The return for product exchange does not involve the payment of shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 5 business days on your original payment method. All payments made to us will be refunded, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for orders delivered outside the EU.

Orders rejected or not collected by the recipient will be considered as returned orders and shipping costs (both outbound and return) will be deducted from the corresponding refund.
